Parva Domus is found in an airy and panoramic position, just half a kilometre away from the village of Montecarotto. The agriturismo, converted from an original farmhouse, consists of three independent units, ideal accomodation for families or groups. Despite being located in the quietness of the country, the village is within easy access.

The apartments (2 two-room apartments and 1 three room apartment) have been restored wiyh special care to details(decorative beams, fired-brick and wooden floors and the wel preserved furniture of the family and of the rural tradition)

For open air relaxation, every apartment is provided with its own pergola and garden. The swimming pool is on a natural terrace perfect of sunbathing.

The central location of the agriturismo makes it a comfortable starting point for any tour around the region (Riviera del Conero, Frasassi caves, centers of artistic interest like Jesi and its Castles, Fabriano, Urbino and many other charming villages).
